How to upgrade all of your Cydia apps?

If you want to update all of your apps(just for apps that need to upgrade) that have installed from cydia  you need to follow all of this steps:

                                           1-/Go to Cydia

2-/ Go to Changes

3-/Tab Upgrade

4-/And then tab Confirm

After that it will upgrade your apps.
